Instructions:
To maximize the life and beauty of your roses, it is important to follow the care tips below. 

  1. Fill a clean container with lukewarm water and flower preservative. Do not use more than the recommended dosage, as the flowers may be sugar sensitive. 
  2. Cut your roses in a diagonal direction, approximately 1-inch from the base of the stems with a sharp knife. This will expose a fresh and wider surface of the stems to the water. 
  3. Remove the first layer of the protective guard petals. They are not a sign of damaged or old flowers. These petals were left on to protect your roses during shipping. 
  4. Remove any foliage that will fall below the water line to reduce bacterial contamination of the water. Removing the thorns will not harm the roses, as long as the skin has not been damaged. 
  5. Revitalize your roses by re-cutting the stems and placing them in warm water (100 - 110 F) with flower preservative of your choice every 2 to 3 days to maximize shelf life. 
  6. Keep your flowers in a cool area to help them last longer.

Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:

Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions

Order Monday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week
Order Tuesday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week
Order Wednesday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week
Order Thursday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week
Order Friday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks
Order Saturday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks
Order Sunday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Wednesday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks

There may be a color variation due to the variety in season.

Preferred Arrival Date:
When selecting a date, please keep the following in mind: Your flowers will deliver on OR before your selected delivery date, if one was selected. Signature is required for delivery. Flowers are a perishable item and need to be cared for immediately upon arrival. Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence. For special events, select a delivery date 1-2 days in advance of the event for the best blooms. All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid.

As this may be a time sensitive purchase, please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through. Please double-check your information for accuracy. Credit Card holds or declines can delay your order beyond the stated delivery parameters above. Your credit card will be charged when the item ships.

Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color.

*Delivery is available to Puerto Rico. An additional Shipping and Handling fee will apply to shipments going to Puerto Rico. This fee will be quoted at checkout.

Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
